ORCA Full IP66 stainless steel Panel PC systems
The industrial-grade ORCA Full IP66 Panel PC series has a high performance due to theIntel® Core™ i7/ i5 8th Gen CPUs. Special heat sinks enable a fanless operation. They ensure an efficient cooling effect and thus full computing power up to 50°C maximum ambient temperature. For industrial use, the models have a rugged stainless steel chassis which is completely shielded according to protection class IP66, which is protected against dust and water jets and thus has a high level of reliability with little maintenance. As an option the devices can be delivered with a full IP69K stainless steel chassis, which means that the panel PCs can even endure high-pressure steam cleaners.
Powerful 8th Gen Core™ i7/ i5 CPUs
A powerful Intel HD graphics card provides the necessary graphics performance. An LED LCD screen is available as a resistive touchscreen with a screen diagonal of 15, 19, 21.5 or 24 inches. The maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 points and a brightness of up to 450 cd/m² ensure great luminosity and clear visibility. Due to the excellent performance, the ORCA Panel PCs can be used for applications in process automation, machine control, optical monitoring, food processing or chemical environments. All models of the series have the necessary requirements for Windows 11.
Flexible interface options
The Panel PCs are equipped with two SODIMM sockets with a maximum of 32GB DDR4 RAM memory. A standard 2.5″ SSD SATA III with a capacity of 128GB is used as the main storage device (with an additional SATA III slot available). The use of SSDs or other storage devices with higher capacities is possible as an option. A COM port RS-232 and an RS-232/422/485 with 8-pin M.12 connectors are available as serial interfaces. In addition, M.12 USB connections offer numerous options for connecting peripheral devices. Two Gigabit LAN connections ensure networking with local instances (also M.12). A Mini PCIe slot also enables the use of an optional WLAN 802.11 b/g/n module for wireless communication. An external power supply unit is included with the Panel PC package.
