ORCA PRO Series: Slim Full IP66/IP67 stainless steel panel PC systems
The new PRO members of our popular ORCA product line are powered by an Intel® Tigerlake Core i5 processor and have a slim, full IP66/IP67 stainless steel housing with additional anti-corrosion protection. Special heat sinks enable a fanless operation. They ensure an efficient cooling effect and thus full computing power up to 55°C maximum ambient temperature. For industrial use, the models have a rugged stainless steel chassis which is completely shielded according to protection class IP66/IP67, which is protected against dust and temporary water immersion and thus has a high level of reliability with little maintenance. As an option the devices can be delivered with a full IP69K stainless steel chassis, which means that the panel PCs can even endure high-pressure steam cleaners.
High computing power with Windows 11 support
A powerful Intel HD Graphics graphics card provides the necessary graphics performance. A 15.6″, 22″or 24″ LCD screen with a PCAP touchscreen is available. The maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 dots and a brightness of up to 400 cd/m² (optionally up to 1000 cd/m²) ensure great luminosity and clear visibility. Due to the excellent performance, the ORCA PRO Panel PCs can be used for applications in process automation, machine control, optical monitoring, food processing or chemical environments. All models of the series have the necessary requirements for Windows 11.
Customised configurations on request
The Panel PCs are equipped with two SODIMM sockets with a maximum of 64GB DDR4 RAM memory. One RS-232/422/485 connection is available as a serial port. In addition, the ORCA PRO line comes by default with two USB 2.0 interfaces and one RJ-45 GbE LAN port. All I/O have an IP67 circular connector and can be configured according to customer requirements. A Mini PCIe slot also enables the use of an optional WLAN 802.11 b/g/n module for wireless communication.
