PBXact Series – Fully integrated communications platform for businesses

PBXact is a turnkey IP PBX or UC platform from Sangoma that turns your real-time voice and IP phone applications into a complete, full-featured solution. The PBXact series is suitable for businesses that need basic PBX features with the option of future feature expansion, as well as for businesses that want advanced features such as call center, MS Outlook integration, SMS, IM, CRM, or help desk integration. PBXact delivers all of this in a single package.

Remote employees always have their office with them with PBXact “Anywhere Access” and can use the built-in VPN feature to establish a secure connection and use features such as Follow-Me for call forwarding, voicemails and presence information. PBXact is complemented by specially developed IP telephones. These automatically load the configruation when connected via the Redirection Service and the EndPoint Manager module.

Integrated SIPStation™ SIP trunking

Log in with the award-winning SIPStation service directly from the administration GUI and automatically configure in seconds. No need to search further for VoIP service and no technical knowledge is required for setup.

Zero-touch provisioning

Instant automatic configuration with Sangoma S-Series IP phones, from anywhere in the world. The EndPoint Manager tool within the administration GUI provides centralized control of each phone’s configuration and software.

Powerful features of S-Series IP phones

Users can now control complicated functions directly from their phones. No more need to memorize hard-to-remember function codes! Remote Worker FriendlyDesktop and mobile apps provide HD video calling, screen sharing, and chat for sales, support, or contact center personnel.

Flexible deployment

PBXact is available on certified Sangoma appliances, as software for your own hardware and virtual machines, and as a service (Saas) for partners to offer to their customers.

Web-based dashboard

The User Control Dashboard allows each user to manage their own call settings, conference rooms, voicemail and contact center features through customizable widgets.

Integration with your existing tools

Built-in click-to-dial and screen-pop functionality for web-based customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Advanced recovery
