PCIe x8 Gen 2.0 host-to-target expansion kit including 2-slot backplane
The PCIe x8 host-to-target expansion kit includes a PCIe x8 Gen2 host cable adapter, a PCIe x8 target cable adapter, one 2-slot backplane and a 2-meter x8 PCIe cable. The host adapter card inserts into any PCI Express slot on the host motherboard. The high speed cable allows data transfers to and from the host at 40Gb/s. The target cable adapter fits into the endpoint slot on the two slot backplane seamlessly, connecting a downstream I/O device to the host computer without software. The two slot backplane can be installed into any downstream chassis or used for testing purposes.
