Description
PCI Express x16 Gen 3.0 host-to-target expansion kit
The PCIe x16 Gen3 host-to-target expansion kit connects a server to an I/O card. The PCIe x16 Gen 3.0 switch-based cable adapter plugs into a server and cables to a PCIe x16 Gen 3 switch-based target cable adapter. Due to the PCIe 3.0 standard, a data transfer rate of 128GBit/s is achieved. In addition, the expansion kit works with any OSS expansion backplane (this must be purchased separately).
