Description
Industrial-grade Panel PCs for maritime environments
The industrial-grade Marine Flat PPC (Panel PC) models offer high performance due to the Intel 5th Gen. Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz processors. A special heat dissipater enables a fanless operation. An efficient cooling enables constant CPU performance in a temperature range of -15°C up to 55 °C. For industrial use, the models are equipped with an eloxed aluminum housing with a maximum mounting depth of 85,5 mm. The front panel, which is protected against dust and water pursuant to IP66 certification, offers high dependability with minimal required maintenance. Therefore, the Marine-Grade Flat Panel PCs are particularly well suited for installation as an onboard communication system on any kind of ship.
Easy-to-operate due to capacitive touch keys
A projected capacitive touchscreen with optional display sizes of 19″ or 24″ is available. The maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a brightness of up to 350 cd/m² provide for high luminosity and good readability. The models are equipped with a HDMI port as well as four optional NMEA 1083 ports for the communication between navigation devices. Additionally, the flat panel series offers up to five capacitive touch keys for a quick access to user-defined features.
Versatile interface options
The panel PCs are equipped with a SODIMM module with a maximum capacity of 16 GB DDR3 RAM memory. Data storage is ensured by a mSATA SSD with a capacity of 128GB. One COM Port RS-232 as well as one RS232/422/485 are available as serial interfaces. In addition, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports offer a variety of connectivity options for user specific peripheral devices. Networking connections are ensured by two RJ45 Gigabit LAN ports. The panel PC can be delivered with a VESA mount, enabling a secure installation on walls or as flush-mounted control panels, as well as an external 80W power adapter for 9V up to 36V.
