Description
Fanless panel PC systems for industrial applications
The models of the industrial panel PCs of the EAGLE Panel Mount Core™ series have a high performance with the 8th Gen. Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors. Fanless operation is made possible by special heat sinks. They ensure effective cooling and thus full computing power up to 50°C maximum ambient temperature. For industrial use, the models have a rugged all-metal housing with an installation depth of less than 92mm. The front panel, shielded according to protection class IP66, is protected against dust and water jets and thus ensures high reliability with low maintenance. All models of the series have the necessary requirements for Windows 11.
Powerful CPUs
A powerful Intel HD graphics card ensures the excellent graphics performance. An LED LCD screen is available as a resistive touchscreen with a screen diagonal of 15 inches or 21.5 inches. The maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 points and a brightness of up to 450 cd/m² offer great luminosity and clear visibility. The models are equipped with one HDMI and one DisplayPort for additional and independent displays. With their low installation depth, the panel mount version and the IP66 front protection, these panel PCs are ideal for controlling machines or for building automation. They can be used in a dusty environment as well as in a operating room. Due to their outstanding performance, the industrial Panel PCs can also take on applications in process automation, control technology or optical monitoring.
Custom configurations
The Panel PCs have up to two SODIMM sockets with a maximum of 32GB DDR3L RAM memory (8GB standard). A vibration-damped 2.5″ HDD SATA III with a capacity of 500GB is used as the main storage device. The use of SSDs or other storage devices of up to 500 GB is possible as an option. Up to two COM ports RS-232 and one RS232/422/485 are available as serial interfaces. In addition, the devices offer USB 3.1 connections, a mic-in and a line-out, as well as numerous other options for usability and interface options for peripheral devices. Two Gigabit LAN ports provide a connection with local instances. Up to two M.2 slots allow additional expansions for wireless communication or via USB 2.0. An external power supply unit is included with the Panel PC package.
