The ATP microSD S650Si 128GB card is the iTemp version of the S650Sc series. They are designed for extreme temperature ranges from -40° to 85°C. These tiny but feature-rich and reliable removable storage solutions are widely used in data acquisition, navigation and surveillance systems. They are also used in automotive infotainment (IVI) systems, drive recorders and other demanding applications.

Over 109,000 hours of full-HD video recordings

Video evidence can prove critical in many scenarios. Therefore, it is very important that SD/microSD cards can record continuously without compromising image quality and integrity. The S650 series can record full HD video continuously for up to 109,401 hours – far longer than similar cards marketed as “High Endurance”. The S650 series is based on 5K program/erase (P/E) cycles, which is 1.6X the endurance of typical memory cards with 3K P/E cycles.

High Data Integrity and Low Latency

ATP microSD cards feature AutoRefresh read error protection and Dynamic Data Refresh data retention management technologies to ensure data integrity. This prevents the errors in frequently read and infrequently used areas. Sudden Power-Off Recovery (SPOR) mechanism restores valid data in the event of voltage fluctuations or power outages.

The ATP microSD 650Si 128GB is available with 3D Triple Level Cell (TLC) NAND flash as well as capacities up to 256GB. The flash memories feature 4KB page management and an SLC caching algorithm that enables 1/2 random access time and low latency compared to traditional solutions. These cards match Android A1 application performance (SDA specification) and consume less power, making them suitable for small handheld devices with limited battery life.
