PCIe-PoE334LP: Low-profile 4-port Gigabit PoE+ network card
The PCIe-PoE334LP is a 4-port PoE card with a server GigE controller and 802.3at PoE+ in a low-profile design. The low-profile form factor makes the network card perfect for commercial servers in 2U height.
The PCIe card features the Intel® I350-AM4 GigE controller and delivers exceptional Ethernet performance. Like previous models, it uses proven PoE technology to power machine vision cameras and mobile IP surveillance cameras, for example. In addition, the PCIe plug-in card is also equipped with features for robust surge protection, making the card compliant with IEC 61000-4-5 Class 2 requirements. It can withstand voltages of up to 1 kV as well as 8 kV electrostatic discharges on the signal lines. This is especially useful for outdoor surveillance systems and factory automation systems that could experience surges that could damage the system over the Ethernet link.
With its low-profile form factor and robust surge protection, the PCIe-PoE334LP defines a new category of PoE card – small but powerful enough for server computers and the harsh world of industrial environments.
