SEMIL-1700GC – Strong computing power and robust design
The SEMIL-1700 series is an extremely rugged 2U half-brack computer with a water- and dustproof design according to IP67. It is powered by an Intel® Xeon® E or 9th/ 8th-Gen Core™ CPU and supports up to 64 GB ECC/Non-ECC DDR4 memory in combination with the Intel® C246 workstation quality chipset. The SEMIL-1700 series with 2U half-rack form factor features thermal design and offers flexible mounting, allowing you to mount up to two SEMILs side by side on the wall or in a rack.
SEMIL-1700 has a corrosion resistant stainless steel and aluminum enclosure to resist moisture and salt. It offers a variety of I/O connections using M12 connectors to ensure extremely robust connections in shock and vibration environments, and has up to eight 802.3at PoE+ ports to supply 25W to connected devices. For internal expansion, it has an M.2 M-Key socket to support NVMe SSD and Mini PCIe sockets for function set expansion. In addition, the SEMIL-1700 series has two 2.5-inch SATA SDD/HDD cases, an 8-48V wide-range DC input with ignition voltage control and complies with MIL-STD-810G and EN 50155.
In addition, the SEMIL-1710J is equipped with the innovative SuperCAP-based UPS* of 2500 watt seconds of stored energy to maintain or safely shut down the system in case of unforeseen power failures. Protected from water, dust, high/low temperatures, shock/vibration and power interruptions, the SEMIL-1700 series will redefine edge application computing where ruggedness is key.
