BT-790X Series -Comprehensive connectivity options for industrial applications
The BT-790X series of box PCs combine outstanding performance with extensive connectivity and ease of use. The rugged housing allows the use under difficult conditions. With the use of a seventh-generation Intel Core i5, i7 or XEON E3 processor (Kabylake), the embedded computer focuses on high performance with minimal power consumption. Together with unique image and video processing and efficient remote monitoring, the BT-790X series meets the requirements for use in critical applications with the highest demands on reliability. Proven applications in the industrial environment are found in factory automation, logistics and vehicle applications.
Manage PCs via Remote Management
An Intel C236 chipset is the central control unit on the mainboard. Temperature fluctuations from -20 to +55 °C as well as accelerations and vibrations (up to 40G with mechanical HDD and up to 60G with SSD) can be easily withstood by the industrial computers. The series can be operated with power supply units with a voltage range of 9-36V and thus offers flexibility for different application scenarios. Since the series supports Intel’s Active Management Technology (iAMT), it can also be installed in locations where there is no direct access to the device. Remote management via the network connection is used to administer the respective PC. Three LAN ports are available as connection options, and either a WLAN module or an HSUPA module for a 4G mobile phone connection is optionally available.
BT-7901, BT-7902 and BT-7903 versions available
The BT-790X series offers in each version three independently working connections for displays (1x DVI-D, 1x VGA, 1x HDMI) and is therefore also ideally suited for digital signage scenarios. Up to 32GB DDR4 RAM and optionally up to two 2.5 inch HDDs or SSDs can be installed. The hard disks are operated either in RAID 0 mode for more storage space or in RAID 1 mode for more data security. Six USB 3.0 ports, 2x RS-232/422/485 and 4x RS232 ports offer plenty of connection possibilities for additional devices.
