2U 19-inch industrial PC with passive backplane or industrial mainboard

High availability, flexible expansions and little space requirement – BRESSNER’s 2U 19″ Panther II system meets any industrial requirements with its 24/7 operation hard drives, up to six PCI / PCIe slots and a 2U chassis. The server system has several options, based on a passive backplane and a PICMG 1.3 slot CPU or an industrial mainboard with Xeon® E3 CPU. The feature list of the single-board computer includes Intel’s AMT 9.0, which enables convenient remote maintenance of the system and offers solid protection against many IT security risks. The IPC is well-suited for industrial applications, but is also a reliable solution as a server or as an appliance in the rack of smaller companies.

Designed for continuous operation and remote configuration

The rackmount calculator is rigorously designed for superior availability and sturdiness. Behind a lockable front cover there are two generously sized fans including filters, which can be easily maintained. The 128GB SSD is designed for 24/7 continuous operation. It is accommodated in an exchange frame and therefore easy to switch out; depending on the requirements, the removable storage can also be equipped with other 3.5″ / 5.25″ hard disks or solid-state drives. Thanks to AMT 9.0, the IPC is easy to configure and manage via remote maintenance. Operating temperature, voltage and fan can also be monitored via the hardware monitor and queried via remote access.

The system is delivered fully configured and tested 24 hours before shipping. The operating system is also preinstalled. Depending on the requirements, other equipment options are offered to the backplane, the mainboard, the CPU card or the power supply respectively. For example, the IPC is available with a Xeon E3 processor, C226 chipset and ECC memory.
