Return Shipment / RMA
- If you are not sure whether the device is defect, please contact our support team:Tel. +49 (8142) 47284 44
- Before you send the defective device to us, please complete, sign and return this form to our RMA department (please include a contact person!); please note: "Defect" is not a sufficient description of a fault.
- You will then receive an RMA number from us, which you should enter on your delivery bill. Please also enclose a copy of this RMA form with the shipment. The RMA number is valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue.
Please send the product freight prepaid within the two week period. - Please note that shipments that arrive freight collect, without a detailed description of the fault(s), without an RMA form or without a valid signature will be returned unprocessed and at your expand!
- A credit note or a free exchange is only possible if the goods are in their original condition (original packaging without damage).
- Enclose accessories only if they are necessary to reproduce the problem (even if the accessories were not purchased from BRESSNER). The RMA procedure will be delayed if all necessary accessories are not included for testing! If the device has a front door please enclose the appropriate key. Please do not send systems that are password protected. If needed, set up a user with administrator privileges and no password so we have full access to the system.
- Data backups are always the responsibility of the customer. We accept no liability for loss of data.
- In the event of transport damage, please notify the shipping service/ company.
- If no errors are found, then a handling fee of at minimum € 75,- plus VAT will be charged. An administration fee will be charged for the procurement of missing or newer drivers and patches.
- If the returned items are no longer under warranty then a handling fee of at minimum € 75, plus VAT will be charged.
