Your tasks
- Ensuring technical support during the sales process
- Meeting customer requirements with our company’s solutions
- Working with sales to identify potential customer requirementsPartner management with the distributors
- Identifying suitable solutions for existing customers
- Developing a deep understanding of our company’s products
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations
- Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Independent product presentations
- Summarize market and competitive information
- Technical elaboration and calculation of system solutions in cooperation with technical support
- Close cooperation with sales and technical support on project orders
- Building long-term customer relationships and acquiring new customers
Your profile
- Degree with a technical focus or comparable training
- At least two years’ experience in a pre-sales, technical sales or related role
- Proactive working style and strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- Very good EVD and Microsoft Office skills
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently

Your tasks
- Acquisition of new customers and support of national and international existing customers
- Support of national and international manufacturers and suppliers
- Quotation preparation and follow-up
Product presentation online, at trade fairs and on site with customers - Direct contact for telephone and written customer inquiries
- Entering and processing data in the ERP system (Navision) and CRM
- Regular preparation of sales figures/progress reports based on key figures
- Price negotiations with customers
- Implementing the sales strategy
- Market observation / analysis of competitors
- Development of new market shares / customer acquisition in the cellular and embedded area of the DIGI company
Your profile
- Business studies or comparable commercial training
- Professional experience in the sale of products requiring explanation is an advantage

Your tasks
- Serve as the point of contact for technical questions from suppliers and customers
- Collaborate closely with technical sales and production teams
- Record, process, and track technical support cases using the ticketing system
- Solve problems jointly with our specialists, the RMA department, manufacturer support, and internal documentation
- Manage the support hotline
- Utilize and maintain the FAQ section
- Resolve hardware and software issues
- Test new products and provide technical support for special repairs
Your profile
- You are an IT specialist, IT technician, IT system electronics technician, or information electronics technician (specializing in system integration)
- Excellent hardware knowledge in the computer field
- Enjoy working with new technologies and hardware, and solving technical problems
