In addition to hardware and software development, we also offer our partners services such as pre- and post-sales services, built-to-order solutions, series production, intelligent supply management and just-in-time deliveries.
Project consulting
BRESSNER approaches each customer and each application individually. Our sales department guides you expertly through the conception phase and consults you on technical questions, projects and specific requirements. With individual support and solution concepts, we ensure that you receive the best services to meet your demands.
Pre and post sales services
Open and trustful communication with our customers in all steps of our development and production chain is of utmost value to us. We provide technical consulting for any project or requirement as well as excellent support and RMA procedures. Our technical department provides drivers, documentation, user manuals, quick guides, software images, datasheets and updates for all major products or time-critical applications immediately.
Customization
In addition to standard IT engineering, system design and transparent test procedures (e.g. EMC, electrical safety, noise emission, load tests, etc.), we remain flexible in regard to possible changes. All systems are developed according to international standards, so certifications and registrations from our partners are easy to handle.
Hardware and software development
The implementation of customer-specific specifications or entire product concepts in complete hardware systems is one of our core competencies. In addition, our software team develops individual software solutions of any kind. Among others, for IIoT hardware such as routers, gateways or sensors, unified communications, or as a complete package for system integrators or developers.
Built-to-order (BTO)
Our core services include built-to-order solutions. We are able to assemble and deliver complete solutions and hardware systems according to your requirements. In addition to quality assurance, our company also offers an ESD-protected production facility, with equipment that makes even the most complex customer requests no problem.
“Out-of-the-box” solutions
The provision of fast plug-and-play solutions eliminates the need for further customer-side configuration, installation or modification of the products. This relieves the burden on purchasing departments and IT engineers, while reducing costs and optimizing time-to-market on the partner side. Through an extensive network of international partners and manufacturers, we can offer you customized turnkey solutions that meet your exact requirements.
Mass production
Our customers benefit from our own production facility, which enables a seamless transition between development, mass production and load testing. Thanks to flexible production processes, we can manufacture and/or modify both small batches and large series reliably and on schedule. Our ESD-protected production facility meets the highest quality standards and secures all hardware at all stages of production. All our computer systems undergo a 24-hour stress test in a closed area.
Smart supply chains
By using smart supply chains, we ensure transparency in all logistical phases of a product order. This not only helps us avoid supply bottlenecks, but also enables us to fully utilize our warehouse capacities. Through networked warehouse management systems, we ensure automated processes for storage and delivery, making them more efficient and flexible. Of course, we guarantee this service without charging additional fees.
Logisitc Services
Our company offers a comprehensive logistics service, including buffer storage, which keeps delivery times short and maintains supply chains. Through many years of cooperation with transport and logistics companies, we can arrange worldwide shipments in the fastest way.

Our technical in-house support department is as much a part of our services as the adaptation and integration of complete systems into existing company structures. We support our customers with professional consulting and project planning, as well as with software licenses and operating systems, and with comprehensive pre- and post-sales services.
