MB1-10AP Series – Fanless and sturdy design
The fanless Embedded PC platforms MB1-10AP are based on Intel® Celeron® N4200 or N3350 processors and are optimized for applications in industrial automation and machine control. The MB1-10AP combines high-performance computing, scalable functions and versatile interfaces as well as industrial-quality reliability on a fanless platform and offers reliable long-term operation for performance-critical applications in industrial automation, visualization and computationally intensive processes. The Embedded PC series consists of a classically robust design. The Embedded PCs support up to 8GB DDR3L memory.
High performance for industrial requirements
The embedded systems combine outstanding performance with extensive connectivity and are easy to use. The robust housing allows the use under difficult conditions. With the use of an integrated SoC, an extraordinarily small form factor can be achieved and the interface can be enlarged via an appropriate expansion module. Together with unique image and video processing and efficient remote monitoring, the MB1-10AP meets the requirements for use in critical applications with the highest demands on reliability. Proven applications in industrial environments include machine vision, motion sensors and system monitoring.
Flexible connection options and high resistance
The MB1-10AP offers an HDMI connection in every version, but DisplayPort, VGA and DVI-D connections can also be added via an expansion module. In addition, three RJ-45 GbE LAN ports (optionally with Power-over-Ethernet) are also integrated. Temperature fluctuations in the extended range from -25 to +70 °C (without PoE connections) as well as shocks and vibrations are no problem for the industrial computers. The series can be operated with power supply units in a voltage range of 8-24V and thus offers flexibility for a wide range of different application scenarios. Four USB 3.0 ports and two COM ports also offer plenty of connection options for additional devices.
