The BOXER-6451-ADP is a small, yet powerful fanless embedded PC powered by 12th Generation Intel® Core™/Celeron® processors (formerly Alder Lake-P U15). Channeling its high-level CPU capabilities through a fast, vast array of connectors for unmatched peripheral device function, the BOXER-6451-ADP is expertly designed for AMR, kiosk, and smart manufacturing applications. Designed with a new, innovative cooling structure, the BOXER-6451-ADP effortlessly accelerates heat transfer to facilitate heavier workloads. Additionally, the BOXER-6451-ADP gives users 5G, Wi-Fi, and NVMe functionality through the system’s unprecedented expandability, making it the perfect compact solution for bringing high performance to any project.
Measuring just 190mm x 111mm x 63.5mm, the BOXER-6451-ADP offers superb performance in a smaller package, with up to 10 cores and 12 threads of 12th Generation Intel® Core™ processing power in a small chassis that can be deployed in more compact spaces, ideal for powering applications such as kiosks and charging stations.

Compact and versatile: The ultimate solution for industrial applications

A space-efficient design means the BOXER-6451-ADP can house a vast I/O to channel a greater volume of data, faster. Four COM ports with RS-232/422/485 support, three USB 3.2 running at 10Gbps, and one 2.5 GbE LAN port give the BOXER-6451-ADP the high-speed peripheral connectivity to drive AMR applications, bolstered by CPU-derived technologies such as Intel® IPU 6.0 and Intel® DL Boost.

Smooth thermal dissipation is achieved via the BOXER-6451-ADP’s new, innovative cooling structure. The traditional tubular heat pipe used to conduct heat from the CPU to the heatsink has been flattened to both increase its conduction area and accelerate heat transfer. This in turn enables the fanless BOXER-6451-ADP to run heavier workloads without the risk of overheating.

The BOXER-6451-ADP offers greater expandability to the BOXER-6400 series than ever before. Equipped with an M.2 2230 E-Key, M.2 3052 B-Key, and M.2 2280 M-Key; users are just one module away from incorporating 5G, Wi-Fi, or NVMe functionality to their project. As such, the BOXER-6451-ADP is functionally diverse, able to act as an AI-IoT gateway controller, robotic manufacturing arm, and more.
